At the end of the day, is a PM "chasing" or "managing"? Everyone probably has their own answer.
And so, this truth-telling session on clinical research practice begins.
This is not an industry conference, nor a training session that only gives "standard answers." We simply want to find a group of people who are truly grinding it out on the frontlines of pharmaceutical R&D — set aside half a day, sit down, and speak some truth.
Talk about projects, share experiences, discuss pitfalls we've stumbled into, and also talk about those things that are hard to write into an SOP but that anyone who's been there instantly understands.
